Granny is a new crazy fun-filled horror game where you have only 5 days to escape the twisted old woman’s terrifying house, and the corpse-like granny will do everything she can not to let you leave the premises safe and sound. Download Granny from Google Play, and watch your scariest nightmare come to life.
The game starts with your waking up locked in a creepy old house with a crazy granny watching over your every step. She is pretty determined and willing to do whatever it takes to never let you out of her haunted house, even if it means cracking your head open with a baseball bat! Luckily, the old witch does not stay in the same room for too long: she runs some errands around the house or takes an occasional nap, giving you a chance to try to find a way out. However, be careful – even the tiniest squeaking of the floor can wake her up – and she will come running in. There are lots of hiding spots that can keep you safe for a while, but there are quite a few traps to avoid as well. Use all the tips and clues that you can find if you want to leave the sinister house in one piece.
Visuals and Sound Effects
What makes Granny a true horror masterpiece is its gloomy and tense atmosphere further enhanced by the fearful visual and sound effects. The background music and lifelike environmental sounds are a major creep factor in the game: whenever you open a door that squeaks, it makes your blood freeze for you know what happens next, and you only have a couple of seconds to find a place to hide. The graphics, on the other hand, are too bland and unrealistic, which is probably good for this game is already scary enough as it is.
Given that there are 4 modes of increasing complexity, and even the easiest one of them can take quite a bit of time and effort to get used to, the game’s replayability is pretty high. One second it feels like you have finally nailed it, and the next moment you find yourself lying on the blood-stained floor, clinging to dear life.
